I'm sorry, but my math ain't none too good. Ain't the Angels 6-2 against the A's this year? Hmm...

The Angels kicking the crap out of your "star" pitcher is certainly cause for concern, but denial will not help you my friend. Best face up to it now. Once you accept the Angels domination, you'll be much happier.

And in 2002 (you remember that year....seems so long ago, doesn't it? ), the Halo's were 6-14 vs. the A's.

Which means we'll win the World Series by an even larger margin this year...obviously...

As long as it takes, my friend.

I believed for 25 years until the Rams and Angels finally came through for me. That just made it sweeter....

So it doesn't hurt when the A's number 5 starter bitch slaps yer team back into third place? :P

You do realize though that the A's and Halo's are doing exactally what the Rangers want us to do? Beating each other up. :x

It hurts a little...but 3 out 4 will work fine. You won't be near your 5.5 game lead. It will be the A's in 3rd by tonight!

As for Texas....they'll fade like a pair of 501's. No worries.

Mulder's on the mound today....the truth is out there. :-D

That's the 8-2 Mulder vs the 3-5 Ortiz. The 2.91 ERA Mulder vs. the 4.68 ERA Ortiz. And don't count on getting your runs off the bullpen tonight, Mulder averages 7-1/3 innings per start with 3CG's in 14 starts. The rally chimp is staying in his cage today.

We'll see if the Halo's and (Rump) Rangers can keep up with the A's in the second half.

Rump Rangers? Not very PC of you, my friend...

Anyway, Vlad the Impaler will light him up. We'll dispense with Mulder faster than you can say "Scully get undressed!" (I guess that's not very PC either, so we're even).

;)

No one has ever accused me of being PC. :-D That's the problem with the world today...everyone's too damn sensitive. I swear, if people look at me funny one more time when I call some gimp a, 'crippled fuck', I'm going to go postal.

Nice game. 2-1. Damn!

When you give up two runs, you should expect to win!

We've got to get healthy or we're gonna disappear quick...

Well, we sure looked healthy yesterday! 13 runs, 22 hits, and a 4 hit shut-out by Washburn.

That's more like it!
