thanks ME, and thanks to all...have a WONDERFUL 25th ME!

cool recipe too, but I'm not eating that without some MEAT in it...hahaha

just kidding....Sigette has a friend that's one of those PETA people, and she slams me all the time for eating meat...I slam her back though...I tell her:

"I love all of God's creatures....Right next to the mashed potatoes" and that's the end of the conversation :-D

Hey Schu....I'm not old....I'm just aged to perfection...Sigette'll back me up on this one....She hasn't run away from home yet! Siggy always does his homework hahaha

OK, I Googled "nut of butter" for the heck of it (being baaaad at wk) and I found it, of ALL places on a Traditional Scottish Recipes site! :-D

Here's the site:

http://www.rampantscotland.com/recipes/ ... _terms.htm

BTW, according to the site: Nut of butter = Pat of butter

So you were off by two, Me. :-D

a "pat" of butter is the amount they serve you in those little foil wraps in restaurants or on your plate. It's equal to 1/3 of a tablespoon or 1 teaspoon. :-D

I have one kid who would live on mashed or creamed or smashed, whatever you want to call them, taters, and one who doesn't like them.
