Ahhhhh the Great American Bash...one of the last vestiges of the defunct WCW/NWA....along with the U.S. Championship belt...

Who you guys like for the 'Taker vs. Khali "Punjabi Prison Match" (COOL NAME FOR A MATCH!!!!)

That should be worth watching, but personally, I think 'Taker will lose--as Khali should be getting the "push"...we never know though...

I think they should give Dead Man a belt before he gets put out to pasture...Matt "V1" Hardy too....GIVE HARDY A BELT NOW!!

from all reviews, seems like GAB continues the WCW tradition of crappy pay-per-views.... Smackdown is a little too watered down to begin with, thenthorow in all the injuries, suspensions etc, leading to program changes, then you have a show made up on the fly

both are, in their own ways

Smackdown is thin to begin with - now it seems everybody is getting injured or are having other health "issues". WWe's wellness program does periodic checks, and some wrestlers blood work comes up strange so they have to be shelved for a while - Lashley ( I think elevated liver enzymes) and Matt Hardy (staph infection?) are the most recent. This results in us seeing more Vito in a dress.

Npot sure what the hell is happening with ECW, but from what I gather internally VKM has established this "third brand" but is unwilling to let it establish itself as it's own entity. Sure, all of the more recognizable ECW wrestlers are 10 years older and would be difficult to base the franchise around, but newer talent must be brought up and used to fit into the ECW mold. Instead it seems every week VKM has to bring in somebody from RAW or Smackdown to face the Big Show for the ECW championship - how "ECW" is Big Show v Ric Flair? New ECW is just a WWE-ized version, where the WWE is giving you what they think you want. How much of this is due to the SciFi channel I do not know.

THE RETURN OF R-V-D???

SW-EEEEET....he did a run-in in the last 2 minutes of ECW Tuesday night, pulled out 3 "VanDam-inators" (one was a total muff [hahaha], one for Kurt Angle and one for Sabu) Heel turn?

I think not.....just a little "get-back/payback" :headbang:

fake never like the sport rather watch sumos attack of the fat like elephant seals in heat... now that's funny and entertaining in a comical sort of way.
When evil is allowed to compete with good, evil has an emotional populist appeal that wins out unless good men & women stand as a vanguard against abuse.
