I'm not PC, but I wouldn't put that on my van as a bumper sticker. I don't see it as loving but an in your face I-don't-care-about-you statement. We aren't going to make converts this way!

The first looks photoshopped to me. The lighting's all wrong.

The second is obviously staged - and equally obviously not anything newsworthy.

Number four is as newsworthy as #2.

As for number five, I can see the headline now: "War in Iraq Suspended! US Soldier loses contact lens!"

And number six is a picture of a soldier. Why would anyone expect that to make the headlines?

I didn't say they'd never do those things. I said - several times - that such mundane activities should not be expected to make the news headlines.

The only thing in there that looked photoshopped to me was the very last one. The European flags on his sleeve don't look quite natural. But it sure made me smile.
