Anyone ever hear of a guy who was a professional wrestler some time back named Russ Clear? Went by Psycho. He is 63, so it may have been quite a while back that he was in wrestling.

you're absolutely right CM, and my apologies to all...it was on USA network, and to be truthful, I wasn't impressed, for it REEKED of WWE shmoz...

the matches were OKAY, it's just that it seemed that the ECW efforts were watered down, with the exception of Sabu...THAT was a good match...Cena worked well with him, and "sold" the apparent unfamiliarity of Sabu's moves...that was cool....Big Show's ECW "turn" was neat too....ECW NEEDS Big Show...he'll FINALLY get his chance to "get over"!

the Foley rant in the ring towards the end was cheesy...Can't WAIT for the ECW PPV....

but sorry CM....my mistake

come to think of it, he didn't look too healthy some years' past when he was a regular either....I take it he was ill for some time huh?

That's too bad...I liked him as a heel...he used to pick up Jimmy Hart with one arm...

yes, and the thing that made those matches so good was....

all those wrestlers had NO real wrestling ABILITY hahahaha

Hulk, Tugboat and Hurricane were just brawlers, and had no real skills to speak of...

In fact, Hurricane would just SIT ON HIS OPPONENT'S CHEST for a pin if I'm not mistaken...

Hulk is SO predictable though...This was his usual match M.O. :

--3 Punches to the head
--Irish Whip
--Big boot to the face
--Leg drop
--Pinfall

*YAWN*

thank GOD Hulk retired, and ECW is back!
