Well, we give the landlord our keys today. Then on Wednesday at 4pm we sign the closing papers. The people in the house we bought will sign and be out on Friday.
So it looks like I get to move again this weekend.
We took our bedroom stuff and some bathroom and kitchen stuff to my brothers house for a temporary place to live until then.
I'm stoked!!!!!
I fuggin hate moving, but I'm stoked that it's almost over FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!

Take it from someone who has moved 13 times...when you finally settle down...its worth it.
I did walk around the inside of the house with my video camera to document the condition of the place. Hopefully we will not need it for proof that we cleaned it.
We never had a damage deposit to Marn's cousin, and when the new guy won the house in the lawsuit he never made us sign a lease, so.................we were never bound to do squat but move out.
I hope he keeps his witts about him, I don't want to go to jail.
I heard that....just don't live outta boxes, like, two weeks after you move in...I had to do that while I did touch-ups on mine...But the family built it, so there were lots of stuff to do, even after we got our permit to move in...
In many places, you can get a OP(Occupancy Permit) if the mandatory systems are done...(under roof, electric and plumbing/sewer)....the rest can be done while you're living in the home, as funny as that may seem...
