I know she hasn't been around much but I'm asking y'all to keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Her mother passed away last night.

I feel weird for bumping a topic about myself, but I thought I should give an update. Thank you for all the well wishes, I appreciate it. Unfortunately, one month after she passed away, I had to come back to the states (immigration laws now are pure evil), so I'm stuck back here until I can get the paperwork for my visa done, the money to get the paperwork done, and have the cash to actually get back over there. I'm hoping I can get back by August. So please keep all fingers, toes, arms, eyes, legs, and any other crossable parts crossed.

And Schuey, I'm sooooo sorry I didn't get ahold of you while I was over there, but there was so much going on that I was just concentrating on spending time with my guy. *grovels and apologizes*

Hehe, thanks hon. Apparently they're trying to make it harder for immigrants coming into the UK now, something along the lines of only letting those in who have good job skills. This is just what he passed on to me. Think his stepdad mentioned it. Here's hoping he's wrong - immigration is complicated enough as it is.
