Possible Absence
I just thought I'd drop in and let you all know that I may not be around as often as usual over the next few weeks.
To put it quite simply, my mother passed away at 6.30 this morning. I can't say it has come as a surprise as she has been very ill, but, as you can imagine, it has knocked me for six.
As to my participation over the next week or so, I'll just have to wait and see. At the moment, I'm just numb.

I would just like to take the time to say thank you to you all for your support and well wishes at this time, it really means a lot to me.
Once again, its positive proof that Rush fans are amongst the finest, most generous and most caring people in the world.
It looks like I may not be as absent as first thought - I keep finding myself drawn back to here, and the other forums I go on. At the moment, it seems to be the best therapy for me.
At the moment, I just want to get through the funeral on Monday. After that, when I can say goodbye, I'll be able to start putting things together again.
