I'm new here, please take me in

Hi all... I'm rather new here.

I guess I should tell you about myself huh.

Well, I'm Amanda and I'm 18. I've loved Rush for over a year.

Chances are good I'll be spending most of the time doing what I do best. Listening to Rush and posting about Geddy (:twisted:)

Cool, it's a great start kiddo, (I call everyone that regardless of age, or sometimes bub), now other junk............. What got you started with Rush, are you a musician, you know stuff like that.

I got started with Rush when I discovered Rock music, basically when I started work and was told that the pop station didnt come in clearly... my options were Country, Adult Contemp, or Rock. I chose Rock.

Soon after that I discovered Rush. Two years later I became the fan that I am now.

I am currently not a musican, but I am looking into renting a bass (I'm on a waiting list right now).

My favorite album currently is Grace Under Pressure and my favorite song (today at least) is 2112.

My collection consists of everything except the Atlantic albums and Signals (I can't find then anywhere in the city).

I'm currently inbetween high school and university, I'm going to the local community college to take nursing (a university program) in september.

If there is anything else you want to know... just ask. I can't think of anything else to say.

I think everyone should go see your site and look at the pics of Geddy. Note to Geddy droolers: take a drool rag!
