being as you said each twice is all things said not void ,and good luck slaine, my mother was able to quit on zyban, although she gained some wait in consequence

Or, you could whisper the banishment part and yell the love part.

good luck slaine i no its something that I will find very hard to do but right now deep down I dont want to stop so there's no point in trying but I applaud your determination to stop :-)
