She wouldn't be willing to go to some counseling with you, would she? You've probably asked her a hundred times... I know I did. We went once. As soon as it became about her having to end her affair to save the marriage she lost interest.
One last thought... if the youngest is 11, you MIGHT be able to tolerate a few more years of crap for his sake... until he's closer to an age of independance. It's just a thought. I really don't know the challenges you have to face in your daily married life.

I appreciate your words I really do. General sanity update: progress is being made but at a snails pace. I have been told to be patient and that it may take months before we heal correclty, months! All seems so futile. To quote Mr Peart "...more than a man can endure" .
