I'm just joking, but really, it's true. I mock the business! That's the way it's listed. Vocalist -> Guitarist -> Bassist -> Drummer
I remember watching in amazement as Geddy sang, played bass, and played the keyboards with his feet. I thought, "Who is this guy???"

Keyboardist comes before or after bassist, it depends

Flautist last, poor Jethro. :P

The vocalist sits above the guitarist? Are you saying that Brian Johnson is more aclaimed than Angus Young? or Sammy Hagar avove Eddie Van Halen? Even Randy Rhoads had a spot atop the Ozzman for a spell.

And the drummer at the bottom... WHAT ABOUT NEIL PEART???

Listing order, for example:
AC/DC:
Angus Young - Lead guitar
Malcolm Young - Rhythm guitar
Bon Scott - Vocals
Cliff Williams - Bass guitar
Phil Rudd - Drums

Led Zeppelin:
Jimmy Page - Guitar, Mandolin, Backup Vocals
Robert Plant - Vocals, Harmonica
John Bonham - Drums, Percussion
John Paul Jones - Bass Guitar, Mandolin, Keyboards

Results may vary...

I guess it depends on the band.

Yes, but remember, their drummer's name is Alex Van Halen

And there are people more acclaimed than Alex and Geddy, but all the people who stack up to Neil are dead (John Bonham, Keith Moon, Gene Krupa, Buddy Rich, und so weiter)

And as for the Flautist remark earlier, remember, Ian Anderson was also Jethro's singer

Today's bassline is Cygnus X-1

I may be a guitarist, but I know a good bassline when I hear it...

'Tomorrow's bassline' is void. Do not hog the game.
