Oh come now. We should all bow our heads in reverance to our lord JC, and remember the 'Not the Nine O'clock News' scriptures.
When two or three people are gathered together, they will recite the parrot sketch.
Cleese is my favorite. Especially when he did the parrot sketches and how to defend yourself against an assailant armed with a piece of fruit. Idle is so funny when he keeps asking another man if his wife is a goer? (A nods as good as a wink to a blind bat) And isn't Palin the man who played the lumberjack?
rushlight, gotta agree. John Cleese is ROFL hilarious. he's perfect at the stuff he and his entourage do!!
i've gotta say, i LOVED Holy Grail!! i also loved.."And Now for Something Completely Different" and "Monty Python's Flying Circus" although Flying Circus was my fave!!
the members of the Monty Python group were SO random and unpredictable, which i love in a comedian!! (*sighs* RYAN!! *faints*)

Oh my, well I must say that they are all terribly witty blokes. However, I think my favorite man would have to be John Cleese. But, once again, they're all sidesplittingly funny chaps.
I may have been born in the U.S.A., but my British heritage definately shows when you get me going about some wonderfully English thing like Monty Python.....
