I tried to get into them on a couple occasions, and never did. Maybe i'm just listening to the wrong songs.

I would recommend Aqualung, Heavy Horses and Broadsword and the Beast. They're my three favourites.

Love 'em! I even like Stormwatch, although it was one of their later albums. Especially Something's On the Move, Orion and Elegy.
Freeze this moment a little bit longer...

The main one's I'm not fond of are Under Wraps (just dull) and Crest of a Knave (best album Dire straits never made).

Dear Peeps,
Yes of the Crowded House known as Slayer with Thin Lizzy on the Mountain along with The Smiths and Ozzy's Black Sabbath making Iron Maiden, Metallica in my thoughts.
Peace

Hey, I love the mighty mighty 'Tull. Have done since I saw them on the Broadsword tour in I think '84 the now. I do prefer the earlier stuff and I do tend to download rather than buy the newer material these days.
I would recommend the new Ian Anderson solo album 'Rupi's Dance', quintissential 'Tull vibe. The most recent Christmas album is easy on the ear also.

Your glasses? Man! That must be messy all over your face.
Do you need a rag?

Not my face. Mary, my wonderful 20 mth old daughter (aka Madstuff or Mary Madam or Trouble or Smeagol) like to poke her fingers at the lenses when she's just finished eating (especially chocolate)
