I just learned the hard way that Aerosmitten likes Dio.
Well, I like a few bands...
Pain of Salvation
Dream Theater
Porcupine Tree
Yes
Filter
Alice in Chains
Powerman 5000
Static-X
The Mars Volta
A Perfect Circle
Radiohead
Redman
Daft Punk
Duran Duran
Deftones
Hella
Mr. Bungle
Spock's Beard
Nirvana
Butthole Surfers
The Police
There's probably more, but yeah... those are the ones that matter anyway.

I never saw your face and now you're gone without a trace, except the trace of blood that's deeply scarred into my eyes to fill your place.

I know you weren't asking me but I'll give you my impressions, though I've only heard one album. The Snow Dog wrote:I've heard about Dream Theater, but never actually heard them... they any good?
Technical ability is excellent! But they're not as good at writing songs as Rush. Definitely worth a listen though.
Aren't you the guy who hit me in the eye?
If you were to buy one CD to check them out, I would strongly recommend IMAGES & WORDS. "Pull Me Under" is such a great song. The others are great also, but is the one I always tell people to check out first. The Snow Dog wrote:I've heard about Dream Theater, but never actually heard them... they any good?
