Didja all know Geddy is gonna be the guest on That Metal Show on VH-1 with Eddie Trunk tomorrow night?

I have seen that advertised like crazy on Facebook but don't have cable or satellite so I will have to wait for another way to view it.

I don't get VH1 Classics, so I couldn't watch it.
Hopefully they're put it on their website soon.

Hey t and Elfie! I dunno how I had it on cable but did. It was, indeed of COURSE cool. It was GEDDY for gooneesseeeks.

After that they had a show called "Rock Icons" and Geddy the star of that segment in a mini-documentary. Very nice and respectful with cameos from both Alex and Neil.

But I'm sure it will be on Youtube somewhere soon or on someone's Facebook.

The That Metal Show Geddy piece is on YouTube now and I've seen it.

And... the Icons show with Geddy can be seen on VH1's website, so I've seen that one now too!

I ADORE Jiim Florentine normally for his Non-PC humor and as a great comedian but always loved when he referenced Rush out of context on other shows. He seemed a good Rush fan. He always pushed for the Hall of Fame. I was happy to have a mainstream comedian and metal head in our corner.

When he said "Clockwork Orange" during that interview it fell apart for me. BAH. He has a very low gravely voice and and a voice of COMMAND of things and normally sane but he blooped himself into shame. I'm not on Twitter so won't join the swarm or Facebook that will no doubt ensue by asshole Rush fans all-too-connected. WHY they feel they must destroy him?

But I did feel bad for him. Especially when GEDDY corrected him.

I've won scads of tix on radio shows for answering rock trivia questions - and Trunk blows me away! He's a walking encyclopedia. More power to him.

Oh....and Ged isn't bad either.
