You know me better than that...
Wait...it's my thread....how am I crashing it?
Anyway, I stayed up for the whole thing and I'm glad I did.
THANK YOU JEFF GORDON FOR THE FINAL PUSH!
JEFF DID WHAT JIMMIE WOULDN'T.
Did anyone see JJ congratulate Junior after the win? Knaus came up and did.
Those other T5 finishers looked po'd and didn't congratulate Junior either.
Sore losers, every one.
Don't start none...won't be none.

Think more like the Kool Aid man through a wall. I was half expecting to see you posted at 5am this morning

Coming from an old Earnhardt fan who could not stand the sight of the number 24...I am liking Jeff more and more every day.
(not a word out of you, Soupie - not one word)

*goes and looks at top 5* I would have expected Jeff to congratulate Jr - the rest of them could go pound sand and I wouldn't care...
...or better yet send Jimmy Spencer to give them some lessons in manners

Nice win Junior!!!
LOL @ Zed.. I guess as Gordon gets older it is easier to like him.. plus there are a bunch of guys worse than Gordon to hate..
did anybody find themselves rooting for the 3 car like me? Now if they would only put the Goodwrench back on it.. somehow the Dow sponsorship did not look right..
Happy 2015!

Hey - the old man saw something in Gordon and there's proof of that. Go look back through old pictures and you'll find a lot of them showing Sr and Gordon talking to each other.
I like the look of the 3 - I don't see Goodwrench coming back any time soon, especially with the car bailout that our government had to do to save the industry.

All of a sudden these Dale Jr. stats started popping up in the media:
- Won D500 with two different teams
- Tied the King and Smoke for most Cup wins (7) at Daytona
- Won 5 more races in 2004 after his (first) D500 win
Dudes...I think this is his year.

I like the 3 car's look too....and 9th at the D500 is not a shabby rookie finish for Dillon.
However, "Goodwrench" is gone forever. Not gonna happen. GM changed the brand in 2011 to "GM Certified Service"

Thankyeeeeeeew.
And don't get me wrong....the other drivers DID congratulate Junior...but
not during their "climb-out-of-the-car" interviews.
Did Denny look mad or what?

Dude....you think Smoke's having second thoughts bringing her to Cup yet?
I'd like to see a grudge race between her and King Richard, like Smoke suggested. That would RULE.

NOPE!! She is a cashcow.. Harvick and Busch have a legit chance at bringing home a championship and she is going to sell T shirts..
Smoke is a smart business man! He has assembled the perfect team!

I agree. Harvick is paying off right out of the gate, KB brings the bad boy
image and DP brings in the bling.
Top that off with Hendrick horsepower and it's all good at SHR.

Helluva race at "The Diamond in the Desert" yesterday.
Dale Jr. was leading when ran outta gas on the last lap in turn 4 but still copped P2.
That makes one win and two second place finishes in the first 3 races.
He's got a 1 point lead over Krashalotski going into Bristol.
All bets are off this weekend. It's always checkers-or-wreckers at "The Bowl."
GET SOME, JUNIOR.
Don't start none...won't be none.
