Your worst nightmare-A NASCAR thread!

What a slugfest at Michigan....Junior took a big hit in the points by hitting
the wall. He was looking good to win it too...damn.
I tell ya, Junior has the worst luck...still sticking with my driver though.
Glad to see Logano get a Cup win. He just might keep his Penske ride now.

Don't start none...won't be none.
I'm just going to leave this here...and not say anything about NASCAR becoming like F1 and team orders....

I was there last night and Junior had nothing to do with "the spin."
Nascar is still officially reviewing "the spin."
The last restart was a joke. Edwards beat the LEADER (Menard) to
the start line and that's not allowed....except last night, that is. Looks
like CE got a BOGO deal.....he got caught jumping a restart last season
and it costed him the c'ship, so IMO nascar gave him one last night.
It is what it is.
GET SOME in Chicagoland, Junior.

Oh, so the rulebook is being re-written as we go once again? Yeah, glad I only give this a cursory glance now and again because if I saw that bullshiat my blood pressure would have been 300 over patent pending.CygnusX1 wrote:...The last restart was a joke. I agree - Clint should be booking tee times - not racing for all the marbles..CygnusX1 wrote:Jury's still out on Logano....I think he'll get a pass like Cousin Carl did.
IMO, CB shouldn't even be at a track now. He should be watching the Chase from home.
Nascar has finally jumped the shark with me.
Just came across this per jayski.com:
"...NASCAR spokesman Kerry Tharp said no decision had been made on whether a 13th team would be added to the Chase for the Sprint Cup..."
Interesting.
EDIT - 13TH driver added for the Chase - the #24 is in. NASCAR got just about everything right here EXPECT Bowyer is still in the Chase.
I'm glad Gordon got in. I hope Kenseth wins it all.
However, as we are about to see for the umpteenth time, it's all about
Jimmie at HMS and in nascar media.
I'm not giving Junior a chance. He'll fall on the sword for Rick H. every time.
Watch what I say and get ready for the hustle.

The rule change for the 24 was the one of the two remedies for the situation - if NA$CAR punted the 15 out and put the 24 in its place then there would be screaming of fix from the other side.CygnusX1 wrote:I'm tellin' ya Bro....this whole 2013 chase stinks to high heaven already.
Now that Jeff got a rule change, it's JUNIOR'S turn. C'mon nascar. You
know you NEED it.
Just read where HWAN is going back to IndyCar and driving for Penske.
Sweet.
Either way not everyone will be happy - I think the 13 car field is the better of the two evils.
