A veggie and pepperjack cheese sandwich from a local coffee shop with a hazelnut mocha. If you buy eight you get one "free" and I got my "free" ones today. Normally the sandwiches run $5 and come with chips. When I was taking my mom to the VA we found that with a coffee and a water (water from home of course, well water is nummier than bottled or city) the sandwich worked for breakfast and lunch.
