Smoked my last 5 minutes ago.... aboot to grab another...
Remember what Al said in the Rio Documentary...

I gotta admit that I loved my smokes.
The missus still smokes though, so I can't be a hypocrite or a smoke nazi
around her. lol

I heard that a great way to combat that one is to keep eating all you want, but only in foods that are healthy. After a while of that, the body will automatically self regulate the amount of intake. At least that way, all the stuff you eat won't be adding insult to injury.

Dude, I have discovered a whole new world of food in the past couple of years, and it has blown my mind!
They are called fruits and vegetables! The beautiful thing is that almost all of them go well with cheese! lol
