Awesome pics Liz, looks like you had a great trip as for the beer store , liquer is pretty heavily regulated in ontario, hence having it and the LCBO, and that is about the only places you can get it.

Thank you, everyone! It truly was a magical day followed by a wonderful honeymoon. How could I not share pics with my family!

Lakeside Park was my favorite place we visited that week. Unfortunately we were there on our way out of Canada, heading home to reality. But I have never been anywhere so peaceful, happy, relaxing. It's a shame that the downtown area of Port Dalhousie is on the brink of being knocked down to build a 16 story condo building. We signed a petition to Stop the Port Dalhousie Tower and the woman that was collecting signatures told us that Rush have been contacted about doing a benefit concert to help save Lakeside Park. Here's hoping!!

While Mike and I were there we saw the "willows in the breeze", where Neil was "drinkin' by the lighthouse" and "smokin' on the pier", we rode the carousel, and brought some sand home for a souvenir. I am very anxious to go back with the kids and just spend a nice day at the Lake. "Lakeside Park, so many memories..."
