The same daughter also has a Jay Turser Strat. What color is yours?
It looks black...but you could really call it a deepdeep wine red- what color is your daughter's guitar?
It's lake placid blue. It was the metalic blue look that made her want it. But it has a comfortable enough neck and some pretty decent pickups... better than the stock pickups in the Squier Standard Strat I used to own.
The bridge pickup I have can sound like a buzzsaw when I get my Strat distored enough- I was never fond of the neck pickup though.
I like the bridge, bridge/middle and middle pickups on it.
Six of my most recent phone pics, Connor and his sister Phoebe, jamming with my good friend and bassist Salv (spot the Rush shirt!) and my wife's new tattoo...I thank you.
Actually, they have been dating for 2 and a half years. He is a pretty nice kid, and truth be told, I feel a little sorry for him. She has him in check.
You too, Soup. It's hard for me to think of ya with a grown kid. She's gorgeous, though.
truth be told, I find it hard to believe I have a grown kid. I remember the day she was born like it was yesterday. I got a little tear in my eye when they pulled out of the parking lot.

Remind me of this very comment in 8 years when Scoot does the same to me ok.
Wow! I love it! A pic of Matt, and pics of Oggy and his grandbabies, Oggy and his friend, Mrs. Ogg, and Soup's daughter complete with beau! Whew! This is a good pic day!
