My sister married the son of "Judge" Whitaker, a Disney animator from 1939 through 1953 (see: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0924279/ for more info).
If he were still alive I'd love to get his take on it.

Aren't you the guy who hit me in the eye?

Always walk a mile in someone else's shoes before you judge him. That way, when you judge him, you'll be a mile away! And you'll have his shoes!YYZ30 wrote:Excuse my American ignorance but what the fuck does your observation have to do with mine?Sir Myghin wrote:1) steal underpantsYYZ30 wrote:1) Use template of same seven plots over and over

He (sister's husband) and his brother discovered that if you light an animation cell on fire it burns like flash paper. And there were boxes full in the garage. One at a time they burned cells from things like Peter Pan, Cinderella, old Donald Duck cartoons... probably about a million dollars worth.schuette wrote:hey your famous in a roundabout wayElfDude wrote:My sister married the son of "Judge" Whitaker, a Disney animator from 1939 through 1953 (see: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0924279/ for more info).

My sister's husband passed away from cancer several years ago. Not that long after his father I suppose. My sister still has a couple of framed cells on her wall, along with a letter from Walt Disney to her father-in-law shortly after Peter Pan was released.
