Well alright, D! I've not seen that model PRS before. The diagonal fret
inlays are sweet. The pickups look pretty hot, too.
Congrats on getting tracks down! Hopefully it'll go smoother from here out, yes?
Those latest pics are cool too!
The acoustic pic has me asking: Is that a nylon-string classical guitar?
It's interesting. It has a dreadnaught body, but a classical headstock!
Who made that guitar? **wonders**

Don't start none...won't be none.

It's my daughter's learner guitar... a 3/4-sized Jay Turser. It was something like $79 and free shipping. She let me hold it while she snapped pictures. But one cannot be expected to hold a guitar and not play it, can one?Sir Myghin wrote: nifty axe! its all like cloudy day looking.

You're right... for an ultra cheap guitar it has a really pretty finish. It plays well too. Turned out to be an excellent starter instrument for her.
It hasn't been out of it's case for a while, but we watched August Rush on Saturday night and that re-kindled her interest.

Aren't you the guy who hit me in the eye?

I have a Jay Turser Strat knockoff that I have beat the hell out of- still plays really well, but I have to have the 5 way switch fixed.ElfDude wrote:It's my daughter's learner guitar... a 3/4-sized Jay Turser. It's lake placid blue. It was the metalic blue look that made her want it. But it has a comfortable enough neck and some pretty decent pickups... better than the stock pickups in the Squier Standard Strat I used to own.YYZ30 wrote:It looks black...but you could really call it a deepdeep wine red- what color is your daughter's guitar?ElfDude wrote:The same daughter also has a Jay Turser Strat.YYZ30 wrote: I have a Jay Turser Strat knockoff that I have beat the hell out of- still plays really well, but I have to have the 5 way switch fixed. What color is yours?
