Well... I think we found our replacement tonight. It was a really fun rehearsal. He's already in a well established band... these guys:

I've actually seen them. A couple of years ago warming up for a Beatles tribute act. They were really good.
But he wants to do more. So, I'm happy to have him. He fits in really well.

That wasn't the bass I saw last night. He arrived with a beautiful Fender Jazz Bass. Ash body with a very glossy finish. It was sweet.
