Okay, everyone, I know many of us don't like to drink too many mochas (yeah, right!) because they are fattening but this weekend I went to the local healthy foods store and got some cocoa that is just the pure processed cocoa, no caffeine, no fat, no sugar, and only 3g of carbs per serving. Knowing it would be bitter, I bought some Xylitol in a bag and mixed in the appropriate amount with the cocoa and so now I can make mochas that won't fatten you up or mess with your blood sugar!
