Seriously though, "Rock Band" (the show) reminds me of a really cheesy "Star Search"....
Wait...nope......that's what "American Idol" is...my bad. LMAO
Went to town, did my shopping and Dove did my dad's. Took me half an hour to get checked out at Wal-Mart. No, not long lines, half an hour at the checkout. Not one regular lane was open, just the ten items or less and the self-checkout.
The self-check lane computer was telling me after every item to put the item in the bagged area -- after the item was already sitting there. After waiting for two seconds (I had plenty of chances to count it out and did) it would register and allow me to put another item up. I had both my full cart and my dad's to do.
After an item finally registered, if I decided that the bag was full and I put the bag in my cart, I was told to put the item in the bagged area, again!
Half of the bags were cut but didn't look like they were. They must've just been scored because they looked fine until you picked the bag up, then the rip opened up and items spilled out.
Next time there are no regular lanes open, I am taking my full carts and going to the ten items or less lane. If they give me trouble I'll tell them to open another lane.
rock band is the ultimate in poser technology, someone says look waht I can do on it, I rip out my bass and start 2h tapping 'sexually active' or something.
Ever read something really weird or random for a reason of which you are not sure?
Example, I just read a Wikipedia article on vomiting. Why? I do not know. I didn't really learn anything new except that you can, under weird circumstances, vomit fecal matter.
