Hmmm...
I'd heard most of these. But not this one:
Drive Shoeless (to have a better feel of the accelerator/break; if your windows are up and your air conditioning is off this will also help keep you cool!)
Just be aware that in most states it is illegal to drive barefoot.

EDIT: Hypermiling is very illegal in this state and the state police have put out PSA's stating that you will be ticketed if caught using this method...

Geez, hypermiling is no different than what we did when we were dirt-poor teenagers scrounging for gas money...
