I was searching through some of my old boxed-up stuff and found some great things. 1970s Rush iron-ons for t-shirts, my 1977 Starman necklace, tons of old Rush memorabilia and these. Pics that I took from between 1977 and 1979. Also there are photos of one of Rush's first U.S. shows at a community center near Cleveland. So gaze upon some stuff you've never seen before.

Here are the boys in 1974. One of Neil's first shows with Rush and one of their first shows in the U.S.

I took this shot in '77, then in 1980 I took this pic with me to meet Rush early afternoon at the Capital Centre in Largo Maryland, where Alex laughed loudly and said, "What in Hell am I doing to myself?" then signed it for me.

Here is another one I took. This is from 1978 at the Civic Center in Baltimore. (The same venue that a few years earlier Rush was booed offstage and had tomatoes thrown at them when opening the show for Sha Na Na.)

I'm not sure about the history on this rare old pic. Looks like Geddy needs a sandwich, though.

An old magazine ad when they were with Mercury Records.

As I find more pics, I'll scan them and share.

VERY cool, BBO!!! But two of the pix (the '79 and '80) are leetle red x's.

I have the AFTK promo framed. That's a weird cartoon of them! Heh.

AWESOME! I love seeing old pics and knowing they were taken by a friend way back when, that only makes it better!

Kares, I saw them all, but the first time the page loaded, I had to right click on the X, then click View Image for one of the pics. After seeing said photo, I accidently closed the browser, but when I reopened the page all were there fine and dandy!
