Oh man I loved that game. :-D
I bought that for my kids a few years back. :)

And I remember Ker-Plunk too! Can't remember if it was mine or my friends... but I played it. :)

How's about army men? I don't recall anyone mentioning them yet, but someone may have. Bows and arrows? Air rifles?

Estes and Centauri Model Rockets

I had the Estes Saturn V. Three stages, and it took
seven or nine solid fuel engines to get the thing up.

AWESOME, but I only recovered the first stage. The rest
got lost in oblivion on it's maiden launch.

We had BB guns, I have the scars to prove that one.

Army men and the Cowboys and Indians. Man, that made target practice sooooooooo fun.

Melting them with a magnifying glass was just as much fun.

Can't help it Brudda.

It's some of the best times I ever had with my dad.

Watchin' him wire up the launch pad to his Ford Galaxie battery...

Good times.

In my case it was mostly my big brothers who let me tag along on their rocket adventures. :)

Mrs. Beasely, actually. She had a pull-string and talked! My mom tossed her one day when I was at a friend's home because I had taken the talkbox out of her. I cried. LOL

Other toys from my early years that I'd play with when I was sick and had to stay inside:

Eh, that's enough for now.

And, yes, I WAS spoiled! ;-)
