[Begin Rant]

I'm starting to dislike some of my fellow Young Life leaders.

See, I'm part of the music team in my area (the band that plays music at club meetings) They had practice on Sunday and DIDN'T BOTHER TELLING ME! I imagine it was just decided out of nowhere, but they forgot me. I mentioned at club on Monday I'd missed practice - no one seemed to care. One leader said, and I quote in a tone that made it sound like no big deal, "They probably just forgot you".

Said quoted leader also told me a fortnight ago that the reason I don't get to lead stuff (games, music, skits) is because I don't have the respect of the kids (high-schoolers) who attend Young Life therefor they wouldn't listen to me.

Well after almost getting the 26 pallet friday put in place, I have 11 on the way today. I will be back most likely after work.

I love preseason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

Edit: 9 of the 11 pallets were equipment, so I shoved them to the back of the warehouse. Not so bad other than no room. UGH!!!!

We hook up with the local branch of your company here.

It's a supply/demand thing. Haven't asked the wife's boss how it is NOW, but a few months ago
it was easier and faster to buy a customized Harley than a NEW HEAT PUMP! LOL

Sorry about the rough road some of you have been having lately.
Hopefully you all have a good weekend along with the week, month, year and life ahead.

Peace

Nah....when Sigette buys 'em, they just move on if someone didn't have 'em.

Lotsa HVAC dealers here...

...wish I could say the same for electrical suppliers...they're worse than car dealers...if you want Square D, go HERE....if you want GE go THERE...

Not yet.

Edit: At the time I made this post, the sign in my signature read, "Jesus loves AK".

Thank you, Lord.

Good to see you're still around, AK. :)

Minor rant:

So, Strider's house is directly above another currently inhabited by a rather old man. Said old man LOVES to blare his telly. Very often. Like this morning at about nine straight through until eleven. And again now. I am so fucking sick of hearing it that I am seriously considering putting a brick through the goddamn thing. :x

Be nice to the old man he's no doubt hard of hearing and probably lonely too. Talk to him bring him a dish of food and perhaps he will turn it down? Maybe he can get a set of head phones at any rate try and not let the little stuff bother you so much, snugs. :-) I have a problem with the woman next door screaming at her children sometimes using vulgar laungage and that's just not right treating them that way. It's not all the time a couple of times a month however I don't like to see the kids having to deal with that kind of abuse so far this year it hasn't been as bad as last perhaps someone talked to her about it? We have a bunch of old cloths that my girls out grew and want to give them to her kids but she has called the cops on me for something that wasn't even my fault and she lied to them plus she called the dog catcher once when our dog got loose she is just not a very nice person her dog got loose last week and my wife caught it and rang her door and gave it back to her so 2 wrongs don't make a right either but of course you know all that and I talk to much too.
