Note the word across the middle.
The connecting word fits in too.

Those DAMNED scratch offs! They drive me nuts too! Never won more than 50 bucks at a time w/ them and put way more into them. I"m giving them up!

I tend to hit more on the $5-and-up scratchers...I don't even
play $1 scratchers anymore...is that what they envisioned? YIKES!
