The Jesus Christ we believe in died for the sins of all people, not just some people. Yeah, they have done horrid, horrid things, but they aren't the only ones and they can repent of their crimes and receive His grace and mercy.

Cool. I just think there is a mutual feeling of "weirdness" between
Californians and East-coasters.

We both think the other is weird, so it balances out.

is this a great country or WHAT? :headbang:

An update on Terry Roth, a decorated Marine who recently had radical surgery for lung cancer.

He is alive and well. After giving up his lower left lobe to lung cancer, he has been cleared, free of all signs of cancer. They want him back in six months to ged checked out!

It was a privilege to be able to shake his hands this morning.

Thanks for the prayers!

I heard all that stuff before and don't agree as I don't believe Jesus was a son of God, because there wasn't any God in the first place. Please understand it's not about you as a person, it's about some of your beliefs and there is a differnce. It's more about agreeing to disagreeing, do you agree?

Naw . . . they were created in His image just as I was. To be honest, I think the only thing that separates me from them sometimes is that they carry out what they think.

Were it not for the grace of God I would not have the self control I do.

I don't take it as being about me as a person at all. I know you don't believe it and you don't have to. :-) Yes I agree there is a difference.

After completing two tours in Iraq, Sgt. Wayne Leyde won $1 million from a scratch-and-win lotto ticket on Tuesday.

Soldier Hits The JackpotNow that he's won, Leyde, a 26-year-old member of the Washington National Guard, says he's still going to volunteer to go back to Iraq for a third tour and won't spend any of the money in the meantime.
Wayne Leyde is my kind of hero!

That's a feel-good story if If ever heard one. Good for him!

Just one problem with it.....He's still got a contract to honor, so....

He'll go where THEY TELL HIM TO. LOL

Seriously, ya gotta feel good for HIM winning, and not a bunch
of AUSTRALIAN businessmen pooling and hitting a U.S.
lotto.

But hey, don't get me wrong.

I got nuthin' but love for our mates down under.

They're in the trenches with us. Always have been - unlike SOME
OTHER fair-weather "allies" that shall remain **GERMANY, FRANCE**
nameless.
