Walmart.com has actual customer ratings, thats how i chose mine.

Good equipment, ipod is not so expensive.
My ipod mini is 5 years old and its still going strong.
So easy to load and use too! I used it in an ipod dock station in my hotel
room on a recent trip. Plugs right into the dock and starts playing
that's all there is to it.

I can't find an MP3 player made by the company I got mine through without video on it now.
