I forgot to do this before. I went to visit my sister for a long weekend recently and she has these two GORGEOUS (well, I'm biased

) Newfies (Newfoundand dogs). So I got a few shots of them. They're gi-normous but the most loveable creatures on earth.

Here's Baloo (yes, the bear from Kipling's Jungle Book--I named him) lying on the bathroom floor on the cool tile. One or the other is almost always there so any kind of "ablutions" is treacherous!

Here's the baby, Owen peeking out of her truck

Here are the two of them out the back of the truck all excited about a treat. They're a bit drooly and disheveled and over-fuzzy here but they get that way when food is around.

Here's me with the dogs. I put this in here to get a size "scale" photo 'cause I'm 5'7"!!!

I look a bit "wiped out" here but you would be too if you just took these two monsters for a romp in the park!

Newfies! I used to love seeing them at dog shows when I was a kid. They tended to hate the heat (I went to them in So. Cal.) but they were always so pretty and the had such intelligent eyes and kind faces.

the dogs are adorable..really adorable but all I can see is you...get to Scotland cuz i know we will have a blast
