Great pics Schu. i agree, you just can't beat the Highlands of Scotland. There's no finer place on earth...

This is where I was last weekend before going offshore again. I was feeling energetic and decided to climb Buchaille Etive Mor in Glencoe. These are uploaded from the net as i forgot my camera, but they are fair representations of the magnificent views I was rewarded with...

It actually kind of reminds of where I live. These are the mountains that surround the valley in which I find myself.

Yeah...

Of course, those pictures I posted... those mountains are only green like that for a few weeks a year, being high desert mountains and all.

more pics from up North..

we went to a beach in Cromarty and Caelan wasnt chuffed as we told him we were going

then we went to a beach at Dornoch...definately going back to this one when it's sunny

the next ones were at the water's edge at Dingwall...the tide was out so it was just mud we were walking on...
in the first one I was sure footed
the next one was on slippy seaweed so I was taking no chances...much to the amusement of Bruce

in the 3rd one Caelan was absolutely covered in mud!
but he found an easy way of getting clean
