I had visit from the State Police!

Post by Me »

This past Winter we had thousands of styro foam peanuts in our yard that blew in from the next door neighbors being obvious as a large bag of them was sitting on her walk way. I left a note for her to please pick them up and she had the gall to say my son did it then even tried to blame Gina. I ended up raking them up and leaving it at that. This week there was a small box sitting in her front yard that slowly migrated to my property line. Yesterday when I got home and went to the mail box to get my mail, I kicked it further into her yard and she was sitting on the porch. She got nasty and said that box isn't mine it came from the station wagon that was sitting in front of her house, well we got into a yelling match and I called her a liar and a thief.
The thief part because she got caught lying to get more money out of welfare and her picture was in the paper ANYWAY she called the state police they came over said she said I swore while her 3 year old daughter was sitting with her on the porch. First off the only swear word I used was "DAM" I don't think that is a swear? She told the cop she didn't want to press charges but he is sending me a citation for disorderly conduct that is messed up for sure and it's about the money $200.00 fine but I will show up in the rubber stamp court more than likely have to take it all the way down town on appeal. Gina an I was going to call child services last weekend because she screams at her kids all the time. We was outside weeding the flower bed and she was calling one of her kids a fucking little bastard so it won't be long before she starts screaming and stuff and we will be calling the state police ourselves every time she goes off, which is on a regular basis. This is just ridiculous, her teenage daughter was crying her eyes out a couple of weeks ago in front of my house for an hour or more we didn't get involved but now we are Gina is pissed and she said she is going to call the cops. If I do it will look like I am just being disgruntled well I am but I should of just picked the box up knowing she was an idiot and I should of really called child services or someone about her treating her children like that. It's really hard for me to believe what is happening in society :???: :(

Tis indeed amazing how a person will behave when they don't value personal boundaries. They become a person who believes everyone else should have boundaries, oh, but not them!!!

Oh, that's just awful!!!

I'm so sorry to hear about that. It's so unfortunate people can't live and behave normally in society. That's just plain IGNORANT behavior and usually they don't deem to educate themselves. I'm afraid you're stuck with them. :(

Reminds me of the Ugly Kid Joe tune Kev.
Well, except it was written in a man's point of view.

Sittin' in your front yard, drinkin' lemonade
Suburban life, a pretty wife,
you think you've got it made
But you don't know, what's in store,
for you and your family
I'm movin' in, right next door, won't you welcome me ?
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood
And I hope I didn't ruin your day !
Won't you be my neighbor ?

I brought my life, my ugly wife,
my dirty dog with fleas
My kid's a punk, and I'm a drunk,
this I'm sure you'll see
Yeah you don't know, what it's like, to live in misery
Welcome to, home sweet hell,
dissatisfaction guaranteed
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood
And if I could I surely would
Invite you in and say...
Won't you be my neighbor ?
Won't you be my neighbor ?
Won't you be my neighbor ?
Won't you be my neighbor ?

C'mon I don't think you'll find
A place to live in peace of mind
You're gonna live in misery
When you're livin' next to me !

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood...
Raaaah ! Won't you be my, won't you be my
funky neighbor ?!
Well I drink, and I stink, I smoke, yeah I'm a joke !
I try all night and day to get a piece of
the action, a-haa !
And you should know by now you're never
gonna forget, a-aaa !
Now I know just what you're thinkin'
It could be out 'n' you're drinkin'
So don't you knock it until you try it
It could be you in a little while !
I hope I didn't ruin your day !
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood
I dig your wife, she sure is good
It's a beautiful day in the neighboorhoor... ha, ha, ha !

Argh! I can't believe some people. I am sorry this is going on, Kev. H says she didn't lose a box, and I don't remember her having one their either. She'd just gotten all the rest of her things from David's folks house and we emptied the back out before we headed to PA to visit before we put our clothes in.

some people dont deserve children...and I have to admit the swearing would get to me...I may swear like a trooper here and when I'm in the company of my adult friends but never in front of children...well that's a lie as I will say shit and pissed...and I have been accused of swearing at my children and I get really annoyed at that..I also make a point of not swearing when I'm arguing..
I know it may sound childish but whenever she steps out of line you just have to phone the cops on her..
sorry it's happening to you though babe.. :smt056

No doubt about it she has problems 4 children from 3 differnt men. I feel sorry for her children. She is all alone now no man wants her except for an occasional scratch. I can't believe a person would move trash from there yard into mine just because she thinks it came from here I mean get a life just pick it up but I did complain about the styro foam peanuts there was thousands of them scattered all over my yard and the trash bags they came from was on her walk I just asked that she pick them up and she turned around blaimed my son and my wife (she couldn't make up her mind which one) which was and is a total lie. She was screaming yesterday and this morning all ready but not enough to call the cops yet didn't hear no curse words. I can be a huge prick when someone messes with me I really don't like the police and don't want them come knocking on my door I did yell at her when I called her a thief and liar but the truth hurt her I guess. That's what Gina said it won't be long I'll hear her abusing her children and the cops will be called every single time she does it and I will press charges!

Sounds like her reality check bounced. I think she needs the taste slapped out of her.

Before calling the cops, I'd keep the camcorder handy for a while and document some of these things. I might give a copy of the video to the local media too, if the police turn out to be less than helpful.
Aren't you the guy who hit me in the eye?

Some video or at least audio of her treatment of the kids would give you some credibility in the eyes of the police, perhaps.
