Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I would pack my bags and head north without a second thought to see them. I fear for this situation. He is charged with SIX charges, and 4 of them felonies. One of the charges carries up to 30 years in jail! Oh man, What the hell happened? Sigh.

Guys, take it from someone who's been on the wrong side of the jail cell door. This is going to turn into nothing. Slap on the wrist, if it even makes it to court. The "6 counts" he's charged with mean little to nothing, because the DA or ADA will have to actually set the charges, and cops usually load the people up when they arrest them to give the DA more options. Not to mention the fact that....
A) In 30+ years of being in the 'Limelight', Alex has never been in trouble with the law, and donates time and money to the community. That's like a gold star tattooed on his forehead.
B) I believe the DA will want to keep this out of court to stop from having to explain why Alex's nose was broke.

I kinda freaked when i first heard about this. First thing i thought was "they're gonna have to cancel the tour." This tour may be my last chance at ever seeing them live, because who knows if they'll do another. Then i read more into it, figured it wasnt too big a deal. But still, it just didnt sound like Alex to me, from what he supposedly did. If i was him, i would sue for police brutality, but since i dont know the complete story of what happened i cant really say.
