No need for anyone to appologize actually, i just mis-read 1 persons stuff. Anyway i was told by someone that 3x the total medical costs is a standard. So i am going to try & find out how nuch our totals were & go with that.

I'd be on the phone with my attorney if it were me....and if he/she's not telling you that stuff already....I'd Ged a NEW one. :shock:

That should work. As Pan said that way you have some negotiating room between what you start with and what your actually out-of-pocket medical costs were.
