They finally opened up around noon. I've left them trickling ever since so they don't freeze up again.

I have very old family photos of San Diego itself covered in snow! It was when my Dad was a kid & before he was born. My mom said it was quite normal back in the old days for San Diego to get snow like that.

What they didn't tell you was that it wasn't really snow, but nuclear fallout and ash from the tests in Nevada.
