He couldn't debate his way out of a dead animal carcass. He brings up good arguments, but strategically worms out of going against anyone who knows their ass from a sewer pipe, dominates the procedings with mindless pap and opposite-of-the-truths until he's saved by the Hell (a commercial).

He reminds me of someone who has a deep commitment to an ideal, then gets knocked in the head with a bat and continues to spew the bumsquirt without brakepads or a muffler :-D

I'm reading Goodkind's "Phantom." Is that #11 in the SOT series? I have enjoyed the series, mostly, except when he starts lecturing (again) about the evils of the Order. Perhaps if I hadn't read the entire series it wouldn't bore me so, but when you've heard the same thing about a zillion times it gets old after a while. Otherwise, his storytelling is pretty good, if somewhat predictable at times.

Phantom is #10 #11 will be the finale, sometime this year.
