Cheese is always the bomb. Not that I really have an "addiction" to it but at night when I get hungry I do this gross thing and make bread, pizza sauce and moz cheese in the microwave. Everything thinks it's disgusting but me. :lol

They have a Harry & David in the new shopping center in Kansas City. There are a few things there i want, i may get some for x-mas from the in-laws hehe.
As for Mexican food, i make awesome enchiladas. But there is a place around here now called Acambaro.......... Man is it amazing, & cheap.
